Subject: PA Right to Work Urges You to OPPOSE State House Resolution 321

On June 5th, State Representative Thomas W. Blackwell, IV, (D-190)
introduced House Resolution 321 (HR 321) to urge Congress to pass
legislation that this organization STRONGLY OPPOSES.

Specifically, it is House Resolution 800 in the United States Congress which
would replace all workers' rights to a secret ballot in determining whether
or not they want to bring a labor union into their place of business. It
would substitute the simple signing of a card for a secret ballot, which has
been part of American labor law since 1931! Under this method, a worker's
vote would be made known to employers, union organizers, and co-workers.
Workers could be subjected to acts of intimidation, threats, and
misinformation by union representatives and supporters.

This is a devastating assault on the secret ballot rights of every American
employee present and future!

Please contact your state representative and urge him/her to OPPOSE State
House Resolution 321. This is an issue of great significance for liberty
and for jobs in our Commonwealth. Please let your state legislator know
that you do not support this assault on liberty and ask him/her to commit to
OPPOSING H.R. 321.

The list of sponsors of H. R. 321 is provided below (Democrats are in
regular type; Republicans are in italics). Please take action right away.
I'll appreciate copies of your emails/letters.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Susan
