Sen. Fumo needs to hear from us as soon as possible.  Please pass the word.

The majority of Philadelphians support a buffer at least 1500 ft.  (3 1/2 blocks) between Las Vegas size casinos and residential neighborhoods, the places where families live, worship, play and learn.

Sen. Fumo promised neighborhood leaders in mid-June that he would introduce a buffer bill to do just that. But Sen. Fumo's office says he is now unsure how residents feel about this issue and that he might not introduce his bill after all.  The legislature will begin their summer recess within a week.  

Please take a few minutes and write Sen. Fumo today, before he and his fellow state senators knock off work for the summer.  It’s easy and automatic:
