Convicted pedophile charged with advertising child porn

Web site owner charged with advertising child porn

A former Philadelphia delivery man was charged yesterday with advertising child pornography on his Web site, a first-of-its-kind charge by a federal grand jury in Philadelphia.
Robert P. Merz, 43, is accused of operating a child-pornography message board, called "My Kingdom," that encouraged visitors to post child pornography on his Web site, Assistant U.S. Attorney Denise S. Wolf said.

The Web site allegedly said: "Whether it is a boy and a girl, or one or the other, we are here for the same reason, we like see the nude body of children." According to court records, Merz is "a self-admitted pedophile" and spent about a decade in prison for convictions related to molestation. - John Shiffman
