Planners present a Casino Free Waterfront Plan
Come to their meeting to reinforce our support for forcing casinos OUT of
ALL NEIGHBORHOODS
We fought to get the U of Penn "Penn Praxis" team to face the fact that we
will not tolerate slots on the river.
They finally saw the light and will unveil an acceptable slots-free
waterfront plan!
So we must be there to let them -and all the politicians-know how strongly
we feel about it.
Come on Wednesday, November 14, for the 6:00 PM for presentation at the PA
Convention Center, 1101 Arch Street.
Refreshments will be served too!

This is an unprecedented opportunity for us to show that we want to
implement a world-class vision for our waterfront.
Our civic associations are all members of the Philadelphia Neighborhood
Alliance (PNA), a group of 25 neighborhood associations united in the fight
to MOVE casinos away from our waterfront and support responsible
development. We are urging everyone in the neighborhoods to come out on
Wednesday!
Large attendance at this meeting is another vital step for our success.
